Haleyny Bicycle Raincoat I bought this raincoat because I liked it, but I haven't had a chance to use it recently, so I've been storing it at home. The hood has a transparent rain guard, which makes it difficult for raindrops to get in your eyes. The wrists also have rubber, so the rain is less likely to enter the raincoat.
