This is a Child (XS) size harness strap from Ligaphone, a French company. It's a strap that combines the freedom of a neck strap with the weight distribution of a harness strap. It can be used in 2 ways (see the explanation at the bottom of photo 7). The hook has a unique structure, making it easy and secure to use once you get used to it (photo 8). I used it for about a month after purchase and then stored it. It's in good condition, except for some signs of use on the hook (photo 3). It has a wide range of adjustment, and the size seems to fit men's XS to M sizes. The manufacturer has discontinued production, making this a rare item both domestically and internationally.
