An offering of a pair of black and red netted lacquer tea caddies made by Soetsu Nakamura. This exquisite piece by Soetsu was treasured and rarely used, remaining in excellent condition with no noticeable damage other than extremely minor scuffs. There is hardly any wear on the bottom where it touches the tatami mat. Size: 6.5 cm diameter, 7 cm height, black and red netted design, a pair. Accessories: Matching wooden box (with inscription and seal), yellow cloth, and outer protective paper box (with age-related discoloration and damage). Note: While carefully stored, and as described in the item description, I believe there are no obvious, significant scratches.
