This sale includes the house, the third-floor floor (painted on the back as well), and two staircases. The staircases have been sprayed with matte spray after painting. The second-floor floor is fixed. The walls of the 1st and 2nd floors use a plaster-style paint. The 3rd-floor walls are only painted with regular paint. Please be careful not to remove the paint when fitting the floors and stairs.
