This is a Celine folding parasol. The outside is fabric, and the inside is nylon. It is not for both sun and rain. Please be aware. I bought it 20 years ago, but I haven't used it for over 10 years and it has been stored away. It is in a condition with some fading (the fabric color is not pure black, but a lighter black) and scratches on the metal parts. Please check the images for details.
