This is the bareMinerals Blurring Buffer Brush. It's a concealer brush, but Hiro Odagiri also recommends it for pore cleansing. I've only used it occasionally, so I don't think there's any damage. I've washed it with a brush-specific cleanser, but if you're concerned, please wash it yourself before using. The brush head is covered with a new net. I am also selling this on other sites, so I will remove it if it sells out.
