This is a haircut cape for children. I used it when my son was small. It's a type that prevents cut hair from falling down. As you can see in the photos, there is hair stuck to the Velcro. I cleaned it up before listing, but there may still be some fine hairs attached to the seams, etc. There are also stains as shown in the photos. The neck size can be adjusted with Velcro.
