This is a teacup I purchased at an antique market. I was drawn to the atmospheric and delicate painting, and decided to bring it home. Considering it's a flat teacup, the scene depicted might be from early autumn. The chips and cracks evoke the slightly melancholic feeling of autumn, the season that's about to arrive. There's a chip on the rim and a crack. The mark in the center is a kiln mark. There's some warping, suggesting it's of a certain age. Please examine the condition carefully in the images.
