Made by Pica Corporation. This is a three-section sliding ladder. I bought this myself a few years ago during a typhoon when I couldn't get a contractor, and I used it to climb onto the roof and make repairs. I only used it once at that time. It's been stored in a warehouse with a shutter. I haven't used it since then, so it has some dust on it, but there are no problems with its operation. Please note that it is non-refundable and non-returnable. Since it's a large item, I would appreciate it if someone could pick it up directly. I suspect shipping costs would be quite high. Thank you.
