This is the classic BURTON CARTEL binding. All parts are original from when it was new. - It has a matte texture, but it's not urethane-coated, so it doesn't have the stickiness that's common with Burton bindings. - No issues with ratchet springs popping out. - Please check the images for other conditions. This model was a good value because it had the same Hammockstrap and Double Take buckles as the GENESIS model in this year only. The straps and buckles were downgraded the following season to differentiate it. This differentiation continues to this day.
