This is a recently released carabiner from Offgodtate, an artist and designer from Hong Kong. It has a Y2K-inspired skull design with a pop aesthetic. I purchased it from the official website. Please note that the outer box has some scratches and dents. I took the carabiner out of the box once to take photos of the product.
