The controller with the ❌️ label could not be used to play games. I will include all items. The console, the other controller, and the other software generally worked. However, I felt that the console had poor contact, and some software had glitches. The lid of the console's software slot is missing. The console has scratches and discoloration. These items belonged to my child, and I am not familiar with how to use them, so this explanation is based on my amateur assessment.
