This is a Hello Kitty mechanical pencil from USJ (sold out). There are some stains and scratches if you look closely. It can be used for writing without any problems. I bought it several years ago and used it a few times, then stored it at home. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items that have been stored at home for a long time.
