The fabric is sturdy and smooth. It's very cute(^^) There's a slight scuff on the chest, but I only noticed it when I looked closely for this listing, and I didn't notice it when I wore it normally. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items... It's a very elegant and refined dress ^_^
