It's a cuckoo clock. The clock is working fine. When you press the button on the back, the cuckoo pops out and chirps electronically. Pressing another button stops it. Also, turning the dial changes the volume. However, it doesn't seem to be synchronized with the clock, as the cuckoo doesn't come out on its own. I'm not quite sure how to use it. The pendulum also swings when you move it, but it stops after a while. The clock itself works normally. There are no noticeable scratches. Batteries are not included.
