This is a San-X Magic Usachan ruler and HB pencils from Hamuberry. They are over 20 years old, but I've kept them without using them. I took the ruler out of its bag and photographed it on white paper so you can see the design clearly, so please take a look. The pencils have some discoloration from being stored in this condition.
