This is the REC-ON (HVTR-BCTX3) recording TV tuner compatible with terrestrial, BS, and 110-degree CS digital broadcasts. It's a three-tuner type. Includes accessories such as a miniBCAS card (unused) and remote control batteries. There is a scratch on the top panel, possibly from the tip of a power outlet. Otherwise, it's clean. You can record programs to an external HDD or NAS. In addition to connecting to a TV via HDMI, you can also stream TV programs to PCs, smartphones, and tablets over the network. I bought this in 2022 when I was considering buying a 4K TV, as I wanted to keep the BCAS equipment.
