I purchased this new, but I'm selling it now because I no longer use it. No box, but the pamphlet is included. There is some minor unevenness (not a stain) from the manufacturing process, located below the protrusion on the center right, but this does not affect its use. Please be aware that this item has been used by an individual, so there is some wear and tear.
