I think it was a capsule toy, but it's been over 10 years, so I'm not sure. There are three that move with a wind-up mechanism, but only Dadandan works properly. SL Man and Mogurin's wind-up mechanisms are broken, and they only move manually. The other car seems to be moved manually or by connecting them together. You can change the figures that ride on top. It's cute because it shakes and spins when it moves. Dadandan in particular is very cute because it moves while opening and closing its mouth. The figures have some stickiness due to aging. The rubber tires also show some aging, but they all still move.
