It has a crisp firing, a calm color, and is honestly and carefully shaped. The foot is a bamboo joint foot, which is well-made and has a good taste. It is slightly deep and feels stable in the hand, making it easy to handle. Toya Inoue (1942-2013) was a popular artist known for his reliable molding techniques, focusing on traditional Karatsu ware such as Korean Karatsu, Madara Karatsu, and E-Karatsu. He was the head of the Kagamiyama Kiln.
