This is a re-release of one of the three designs originally named "Secticon" by the Italian architectural master Angelo Mangiarotti around 1956, created for the cabins of luxury Italian cruise ships. The white ceramic base, black dial, and curved windshield create a beautiful form, and the angled dial is designed to be easily visible from any angle. The hour markers are represented by two lines, which gradually thicken as they approach 12 o'clock, conveying the flow of time and also contributing to visibility.
