One of these was the "Rimpa art" style, perfected by Ogata Korin. They expressed this style in Arita ware, depicting familiar subjects such as garden trees and flowers with bold compositions and colors, and using plenty of gold. This is a pattern that reproduces the designs that represent the Ko-Imari style. Against a blue background, large chrysanthemum flowers bloom, and garden trees peek through the window paintings. This is a luxurious vessel that is the epitome of Arita ware, with a harmonious blend of white porcelain, colored painting, and gold.
