This is an Ikawa Menpa, made by the late Yoshine Mochizuki, the fifth generation of a designated traditional craft of Shizuoka Prefecture. I purchased it about 20 years ago and have kept it at home unused. Each one is handmade, making it a very valuable item. Although it is new and unused, it is an old item, so I will sell it to someone who appreciates its character.
