I recently fell in love with this long-sleeved tunic with frills at an imported clothing store and bought it. The frills on the sleeves are lovely, and the white fabric on both sides also creates a fluffy shape, making it super cute. I think it can be worn in a mature style since it's black and white. The back is longer than the front, which makes you look more stylish. The black part is made of a smooth, T-shirt-like fabric, and the white part is made of a smooth, blouse-like fabric.
