I've used a cover and film since I bought it, so it's clean with no noticeable scratches. It works without any problems, and there's nothing to worry about. The battery condition also seems fine. Originally, it's not a SIM-locked product, so I think it can be used with carriers other than docomo. By the way, I confirmed that it connects just by swapping the SIM card with Ymobile.
