This is an Akai sampler. I have confirmed that it produces sampled sounds when connected to an external MIDI keyboard. I have also confirmed that the floppy disk drive can format, save, and load. I have not confirmed the operation of all functions. The item includes the main unit and a power cable (third-party). It has been stored at home for a long time.
