This is the PSC-RT stand case for Pearl, a drum manufacturer that Japan is proud to present to the world, / a case for the Rhythm Traveler (compact drum). It has casters, so it's easy to move even when you put a lot of heavy stands in it. It seems that Pearl's Rhythm Traveler can also be put in it.
