The first commemorative postage stamps after the war were four types issued to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the postal service. A statue of Hisoka Maejima is depicted within the miniature sheet. From the time of issue, these were gumless stamps, without adhesive on the back of the sheet. The printing is visible through to the back, but it appears to be in extremely fine condition. Perhaps because only 50,000 sheets were issued, the catalog value is relatively high, at 28,000 yen.
