Although I am a amateur in inspection, I found no stains, fraying, vertical snags in the tulle, or detached ribbons. I also didn't see any yellowing or sun damage from storage. I believe there are individual differences in inspection, but I don't think it's a product with noticeable fuzzing, but if you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing as it is a used item worn by a child!!
