I'm selling this item because I've been collecting it for many years, but I'm downsizing my collection. I bought this when I was a child at a wholesaler that sold cheap sweets and toys. It was located near the super balls, so I think it's a toy that you float in water and scoop up, like at a festival. There are no markings, so the manufacturer is unknown. I believe it's from the late 70s to the 80s, but the details are unknown. I've looked it up and it seems there's a Corythosaurus and a carnivorous dinosaur.
