I saw it on the product page online, so it seems it should have been there... The stays have been cut, so you may need to purchase additional ones if they are too short. *Important Note* Assembling it as is, or using cloth bar tape like Blue Lug often does, will definitely scratch and rust the fork if it's made of chromoly steel. When I removed this rack, the fork underneath was covered in scratches and rust.
