It's a black dress. The fabric is smooth and light. From a distance, it looks solid black, but upon closer inspection, it has a small polka dot pattern, making it stylish. (See the enlarged photos 2, 3, and 4) I think it can be worn for formal occasions, recitals, concerts, or everyday wear. The size is 11YR, bust 86, hips 89.
