This material can reduce holes caused by fire, which is a weakness of chemical fibers. The attached fabric uses AURORA-TEX®, a nylon fabric with NANGA's original porous polyurethane waterproof coating. This material solves the problem of reduced vapor permeability when waterproofing is increased at a high level. The bottom of the bag uses INVISTA's 1680d CORDURA Ballistic® nylon, which has about 5 times the abrasion, tear strength, and durability of normal nylon, and is further strengthened by applying PU processing to the back. The lining of the hand warmer pockets uses Field Sensor® S, a stretch knit material with a DP structure (Differential Porous: front and back water absorption gradient structure) developed by Toray. It is made by layering special atomic yarns of different thicknesses in two and three layers. The structure moves moisture in one direction from the thick capillary space to the fine space, so moisture such as sweat is absorbed, and the absorbed moisture is quickly spread thinly on the surface of the fabric, making it easy to evaporate and dry.
