This is a Polo Golf swing top. It's a bit oversized, so you can wear it with a modern fit. As shown in the fifth photo, it can be made compact when not in use (there's a pocket on the back). I bought it at a used clothing store. The color is black. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that this is based on a casual observation.
