The fluttering, floral fabric (polyester) that moves when dancing is very lovely! The waist has a hook closure. There's elastic on both sides from the center, so it stretches a bit. Waist circumference... approx. 64cm (from hook to hook) Flat measurements... Rise... approx. 35cm, Inseam... approx. 66cm. There are no noticeable stains, but please understand this is based on a personal assessment. As this is a used item, thank you for your understanding.
