Thank you for viewing. This is a desk stand from Swan Lighting (made in Japan). The neck is movable, so you can fix it in an easy-to-use position. It's a 60W incandescent light fixture, but I've temporarily put in an LED light bulb for photography. It has a stable center of gravity, and there's a tip-over prevention button on the bottom. The bottom surface is black, like touching charcoal. Please use something to put under or stick to it.
