This is a listing for a German prestigious Schneider-Kreuznach Retina-Xenar 50mm F3.5 COMPUR-RAPID lens modified for M42 mount. This lens was mounted on the Kodak Retina series from the 1930s to the 1950s and is known as a superb lens with sharp rendering and excellent contrast, possessing high imaging power. On a NEX5, it was able to achieve infinity focus at full aperture via an M42 helicoid (17-31mm) and an M42 to SONY E-mount conversion ring.
