Yamaha B♭ Long Cornet YCR-3310 L bore, red brass bell, lacquer finish S/N 201xxx Comes with original case (some plating peeling and stains) Produced from 1981 to 1994, this model is no longer in production. The included instruction manual has the date 90.09 (see image 15). Also, based on the color of the piston cap felt and the font of the case logo, it is estimated to have been produced around 1990. The previous owner stored it after hardly playing it. I am the second owner, and I used it once in a performance. As shown in the images, there are no dents or repair history, and it is in very clean condition, not seeming to be over 30 years old. The points of concern are... ① Small scratches on the bell (see image 3) ② Spot-like stains around the 1st slide (discoloration of the metal, not lacquer burn - see images 9-10) Please forgive any oversights. There are minor wiping scratches from normal use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The pistons and slides have been wiped with oil, grease, and cleaner and lightly cleaned to prevent sticking due to long-term storage. Please apply oil when you receive it. If you wish, I can apply oil for you, so please let me know. Shipping will be via Yamato Takkyubin, and I will cover the shipping costs. I purchased this item from the previous owner who cherished it very much, but I acquired another instrument around the same time and have not had the opportunity to use it, so I have been storing it. It is very difficult to let go of it, but I hope to pass it on to someone who will cherish it and play it frequently. I believe it will be useful for brass band repertoire that uses A reeds and Burns, and for jazz, etc. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets.
