This is a Naruto Scissors Yon-Suki Thrust Yu B23. The scissors have been sharpened. They have been used infrequently and I'm selling them because I haven't used them much. They are equipped with double bearings, making them very easy to open and close. Even though they are four-tooth thinning shears, they cut very well, and adjusting the hair volume is easy. They are reverse-blade and can also be used for cutting. There may be small scratches, but there are no critical damages and I think they are in good condition. This is just my personal assessment.
