Pure silk This is a thick, white crepe fabric. The selvedge is stamped with the mark of Ito-Kou. It's a crepe with a firm texture, and I bought it intending to dye it and make a long haori, but I never got around to it. I haven't measured the length, but it's been kept as it was purchased, so I believe there's enough for a kimono. It's slightly aged and has a yellowish tinge, but I didn't find any stains or dirt. Please understand that I haven't been able to inspect the entire piece. It's perfect for those who want to dye it and make a kimono, and there's plenty of it, so it's also good for making small items or clothes.
