This is a Mikihouse hat, perfect for spring and summer. It has an attached elastic band. I think it's perfect for the coming season. It's cool and the dots are very cute. My daughter preferred caps, so she hardly used this hat. It's thin and light, making it convenient for travel and carrying around. There is a name marked on the inside tag with a 5mm stamp. I will cover it up before shipping. Other than that, I don't see any noticeable stains, but since it's a used item by a child, I apologize if I missed anything. Thank you for your understanding.
