They are new and unused with tags, but due to long-term home storage, some of the studs (brass or copper, it's unclear) have some blue-green oxidation, and the natural color has some discoloration. Besides leathercraft, they can also be used as a vase mat, for accessories, key holders, or as an accent for clothing, and I think there are various other uses!
