It's a cotton dress shirt with a white base and a navy and purple plaid pattern, with cufflinks. The high collar looks great even without a tie! The size is 15/38, which I believe is a slightly slim M size. If needed, I can measure the neck and sleeve length, so please let me know. It was an expensive item, costing around 25,000 yen at the time, but due to long-term storage, I'm offering it at this price.
