The vest can be removed and used for other outfits. It can be worn as a simple dress, or for a casual outfit with the frill vest. It is made of a very warm material. My tastes have changed, so I will sell it at a low price to someone who likes it. * There is a scratch on the lower front. The size is "one" on the tag, but I think it's M to L.
