The thin fabric makes them suitable for summer. The waist is fully elasticated and has an opening for replacing the elastic (the elastic currently stretches well). I believe they are in a clean condition, with no holes, tears, or stains. I have carefully checked them, but please forgive any oversight as I am a private seller.
