It's a black, tight skirt with a design featuring a row of covered buttons down the back and gathering on one side. The staggered slit is a key feature. The lining extends to the slit. There are no pockets. (Because it's a black skirt, it goes well with almost any top. I often wore it in the winter, pairing it with thin, colorful knit sweaters.) There is some wear and tear.
