Thank you for viewing. This is a Railroad Jacket from Holywood Ranch Market UNDER SHIFT. The tag says US1920, suggesting it's a piece that samples coveralls from around the 1920s. It has similarities to the LVC 1920's SUNSET COAT. The fabric is a brown-toned chambray. It's a favorite among enthusiasts and looks great. As it's shirt fabric, it's useful for sun protection, insect repellent, and protection from the cold indoors during the summer. It's especially recommended for those who want to wear coveralls in spring, summer, and autumn. The neckline has a wide, open design. See image 5. Due to the construction, it doesn't have a chin strap, but it might be interesting to modify it with an additional button at the neck for a moving change specification. The buttons are shell buttons, perhaps to avoid putting stress on the thin fabric or to add a French essence. I quite like them. Also, they don't leave a metallic smell on your fingers when you touch them, which is a plus. There are three pockets. The chest pocket is positioned quite low; in my case, the top of the pocket is four finger widths below my nipple. The hem is a rounded cut, and even when the buttons are closed, it splits into a V-shape. See image 2. It has a remnant feel of a sack coat and looks cool. The balance of the length is also ideal. The shoulders are raglan. This also appeals to the enthusiast's heart. In terms of comfort, because the shoulders aren't fixed, they naturally conform to the wearer's body shape.
