This is a Buddhist painting by Michinari Kunii (1951-), a contemporary Japanese painter. Color on silk. As I am not an expert, I cannot judge its authenticity. For reference, I am attaching images of the inscription from another work. Please examine them carefully and make your own judgment. Approximately 192cm tall, 53cm wide, and 59cm at its widest point. It comes in a wooden box, but the box shows stains and dirt.
