This is a postcard by Toshihiro Hamano, a Japanese painter based in Kagawa Prefecture, who is attracting attention worldwide, especially in Europe. He won the Grand Prix at an international printmaking competition in Poland and was also awarded the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres in France. He is famous for his "Shitennoji Temple's Prince Shotoku's Illustrated Biography: Four Seasons Large Folding Screen," which was also exhibited at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. This postcard is based on that work. I had cut off a bit of the edge and displayed it in a picture frame, but I am selling it due to decluttering. Why not change it with the seasons and display it? There is a handwritten signature, although I don't know who it's addressed to. Please check it.
