I purchased it new a considerable number of years ago. Both the operation and the lighting of the lights are good. There is color added to various parts of the car body. Please consider it as a junk item. The pantographs have been replaced with TOMIX ones. Also, decals are not included. There are fine scratches on the sleeve due to use.
